New Features

In this release, we’re introducing the ability to compare new agreements to previously negotiated, similar agreements. With this new feature, you can reuse the hard work you’ve done in the past. The system automatically identifies and surfaces similar previously negotiated agreements. Now, instead of starting from scratch, you can build on what you’ve worked on before—saving time, reducing effort, and helping you maintain greater consistency across your agreements. Get ready to negotiate smarter, not harder!

Compare to past agreements

  • Intelligent Compare: Easily compare a new agreement with previously negotiated similar agreements. The system identifies similar agreements using advanced fingerprinting techniques that analyze key clauses and structural similarities.
  • User-Friendly Interface: A clear workflow makes it easy for you to find, select, and apply comparisons.
  • Seamless Editing: If you opt to apply the comparison changes, the comparison is displayed in a familiar redline format, allowing you to accept or reject suggested changes directly in the editor.

Improvements

  • PDF Viewer Loading Indicator: We’ve added a loading indicator to the PDF Viewer toggle, letting you know when the viewer is preparing to display your fully executed document, so you have visibility.
  • Smart Warnings for Profiles and Templates Used in Projects: To help you avoid unintended disruptions to active projects, the system now alerts you if you try to edit or delete a profile or template that’s actively being used in a project.
  • Simplified Profile Editor UI: We’ve updated the add and edit profile topics feature in our Profile Editor for ease of use and better transparency once additions or edits are made.
