In this release, we’re introducing AI markup for third-party agreements—your new, time-saving solution for seamless document review. With one click, AI markup performs a complete first-pass edit, aligning agreements with your standards for your review. Paired with new third-party agreement upload and Download Compare capabilities, you can now bring external agreements into TCN, apply your standards with AI-powered insights, and track changes across rounds—all in one place. Together, these tools create an end-to-end workflow that helps you focus on negotiation, not document management.
New Features
- AI Markup for Faster Drafts: Activate a new level of efficiency: AI markup now detects issues, suggests smart edits, and applies clause additions and replacements to align agreements with your profile standards. This feature enables you to concentrate on reviewing impactful, AI-generated edits instead of editing from scratch—saving time and reducing the risk of oversight. AI prepares the draft, you review, approve, and move forward faster.
- Third-Party Agreement Management: We now support handling third-party agreements directly in TCN! You can upload external agreements directly into the platform, draft the next round with AI markup, and manage everything within your existing workflows—no switching between tools required.
- Compare and Download Version Differences: Easily spot differences between current and previous versions of an agreement with a downloadable, true redline view. All edits are anonymized and attributed to the organization, with only public comments included, ensuring a clean, shareable document that is simple to share with stakeholders.
Improvements
- Enhanced Text Editor Tool Bar: Our updated toolbar offers more options for managing changes: accept or reject changes from your party, the counterparty, or both with one click. Toggle markup and comments for an easier, more customized review experience.
- Streamlined Agreement Navigation: We’ve reorganized the file and signature menus to group related actions, enhancing clarity and ease of access. Clearer download labels help you quickly find and select the version you need.
