New Features
- Full-text editing with markup: Goodbye block-based editing! The new full-text editor now supports tracked changes, making document editing feel smoother and more familiar. Plus, we’ve added an Undo function for when you need to roll back those edits.
- Accept or reject changes in bulk: Speed up your review process with the ability to accept or reject changes across your entire document, or individual changes. No more block-based decisions—just faster approvals.
- Word document upload/download with markup: Seamlessly upload and download Word documents, with full markup support. You can now move effortlessly between TCN and your favorite document editing software, keeping your workflow intact.
- Version compare tool: Need to see what’s changed between past versions? The new version comparison tool highlights the differences between the current version of an agreement and its previous iterations. No change will go unnoticed!
- More powerful navigation between profile topics and language: We’ve revamped the navigation controls between profile topics and the agreement text. Now you can easily switch back and forth with bi-directional controls, keeping the flow between text and profile details smooth.
Improvements
- Email alerts for signatories: Signatories now get reminder emails when a document needs their attention. Faster reminders, faster signatures!
- AI re-run functionality: Re-run the AI-powered profile analysis when new changes are incorporated in the document, keeping agreements updated with the latest insights, moving the review process forward in line with your standards.
- Collapsible right-side panel for cleaner reviews: The new collapsible right-side panel is flexible to declutter your workspace during agreement reviews. Show or hide it as needed, and keep your focus where it counts.
Bug Fixes
- Signature process visibility: We’ve addressed an issue where required actions during the signature process weren’t always transparent. Now, everything’s crystal clear so you can avoid delays.
