New Features
We are excited to introduce Docusign Embedded Signature within TCN, making signing agreements faster and even easier. Paired with our new PDF Viewer and Repository enhancements, these updates simplify signing, improve agreement visibility, and streamline your workflow, empowering you to manage the agreement lifecycle more efficiently and effectively.
Docusign Integration
- Seamless Signing Experience: Sign agreements effortlessly without exporting or emailing back and forth. The embedded Docusign integration ensures your workflow remains uninterrupted, saving you time and increasing efficiency.
- Reliable and Secure Signatures: With seamless integration of globally trusted e-signature technology, your contracts are now easier to sign and more secure. This enhancement ensures a dependable signing experience for you and your counterparties.
- Smart Autofill: Once you sign a document in TCN, Docusign auto-fills the signature fields reducing repetitive tasks, making signing easier and faster, and improving your overall experience.
PDF Viewer
- “Signed PDF” view: When your agreement is executed via our in-app signature process or you upload a signed PDF as part of offline execution, your signed PDF is now the default view in the editor. Users can toggle between the signed PDF and the pre-signature version (“TCN Editor” view) for easy comparison.
- In-app PDF Viewer: Your signed PDFs can now be viewed directly in-app, eliminating the need to download them to see signature details. Our in-app PDF Viewer includes:
- Thumbnails and page indicators for easy navigation
- Zoom controls for easier viewing
- Ability to search
- Download and print capabilities
Improvements
- Repository enhancement: You can now easily identify agreements with a signed PDF by referencing the PDF column or by using the PDF filter in the Repository. The PDF indicator makes it easy to locate and access fully executed agreements.
